1920 Clarendon Blvd. is approximately 3,000 feet of retail and 14 structured parking spaces located at the courthouse metro stop.
We purchased the property out of a foreclosure from BB&T bank, and due to the large amount of constitutions on the block, the property was not very marketable for retail. We had a relationship withe builder across the street, and leased them their sales office for two years, while their own project (1919 Clarington) was under construction.
By the time the building was built we had a long list of retailers interested in the property and have leased the property on a long-term lease to Ideal Dental Solutions, an upscale dental clinic.
