I’m Jeremy Landsman.

I was born in NY, grew up in the DC metro area, and got my business degree from Towson University.

I got started in real estate in 2002. My first project was a group of 14 townhomes in Fells Point, Baltimore, called Portugal Mews, which we purchased, renovated, rented and then sold.

Through Reba Holdings, I look to unlock value in commercial real estate opportunities throughout MD, DC, VA and FL. I add value through tenant re-positioning, financing, management, construction, and keen market knowledge.

I also have experience in the brokerage business, and have completed hundreds of transactions – leasing, buying and selling commercial real estate.

I am currently a 50% owner of Avenue Real Estate, which provides commercial real estate brokerage services throughout MD, DC and VA – for both Reba as well as third party customers.

I live in Owings Mills with my wife Suzanne Katz, son Meyer, and dog Reba.
