This corner building, located seven blocks from Capitol Hill and two blocks from Lincoln Park in Washington, DC, was acquired in late 2011.
In the past it had been leased to a liquor store and dry cleaner, we saw it as a tenant repositioning opportunity and leased to a 7-Ellen. Beautiful marble and art deco finishes complement the structure throughout.
